I needed to identify all the information provided by the previous budget tool and determine which pieces of data were most important for users.

This process involved analysing all attached information, consulting with colleagues, to ensure that the new budget tool was accurate, reliable, and met the needs of its users.

The old budget tool had a complex structure with repeatable pages that could be combined, which made it difficult for users to find and navigate the information they needed. As a result, the new budget tool needed a more streamlined and intuitive structure.

The new design includes universal elements, an understandable menu, forms, scenarios, obvious steps, and more. You can also customize and create your own filters and scenarios without any limitations.
